High Temperature Lubricants

TM- Wälzerit - high temperature lubricating grease

TM- Wälzerit is a mineral oil-based grease that is stable to walking and oxidation and has a high temperature application range. It is water-resistant, very adhesive and has excellent emergency running properties due to MoS2 as a solid lubricant.

Field of application:

TM- Wälzerit is suitable for the lubrication of roller and plain bearings at high bearing temperatures, e.g. in rotary kilns, sintering plants and traversing cranes in steelworks, on electric rollers in hot rolling mills, bitumen mixing plants, for transport chains, sprockets and the like.

Gear Oil

Geka EP M - slow-running heavy-duty lubricant graese

With the oils in the Geka EP M series, Möllenberg & Sonntag offers high-performance gear oils with an enormous load range. They are labeled as CLPF gear oils in accordance with DIN 51502 and contain MoS2 solid additives. The oils in this range are characterized by their high effectiveness in combination with excellent corrosion protection.
Geka EP M is used in slow-running heavy-duty drives. The special formulation ensures optimum lubrication at various oil loads in combination with excellent emergency running properties.

• Ageing-resistant high-pressure special gear oil based on mineral oil with a special additive combination for excellent anti-wear properties.
• has good anti-corrosion and anti-foaming properties.
• Contains microfine molybdenum disulphide and has so-called "emergency running properties".
